Description

The winged figure has been found carved into rock faces from Japan to Utah to Azerbaijan — etched by people who never met, never shared a language, and had no way of knowing the other existed. They drew the same thing.

Carved on the Absheron Peninsula in Azerbaijan across 40,000 years of human history. A UNESCO World Heritage Site.
